COMPUTER REPAIRS, UPGRADES AND TRAINING
- REPAIRS:
Replacement of broken components, diagnose and repair problems caused by
viruses, spyware and installed software. Set up of ISP
(internet service provider)
Copy large files, re-image or
reinstall operating system. Modem, video card, soundcards, power
supply replacement. We are honest and if we feel that the cost to
repair is more than the PC value we will inform you of this. Some pc
parts are harder to come by and may require us to locate a used part on EBay
or third party manufacturer. We try to take everything into
consideration: the age of the PC, the hardware and OS (Operating System),
and of course the user's needs and budget.
- UPGRADES: Install
of larger or second hard drive or CD drive, increased memory
(BEST OPTION FOR IMPROVED PC OPERATION)
and
software installation.
We use software programs that are free to
the user to help control costs. There are some great free ANTI-SPYWARE
and ANTI-VIRUS programs that are just as effective as the high priced ones. (CONTACT US FOR SOME GREAT
SOFTWARE DEALS)
- TRAINING: We offer
low cost training, either in your home or in our office. Do you need
to know how to save files create folders, copy a CD or copy your important
pictures to a CD. Looking to replace or buy a newer PC or laptop?
Usually in an hour or two you can master many of these time saving tasks.
- CONSULTING: If you
are unsure of what PC to buy don't make a $200 or more mistake, we can help
you pick out a PC that is right for your needs by educating you in simple
terms what to look for. We can set up a PC system or relocate one if your
moving.
- PRICING:
Our Prices are some of the lowest in the business. An initial
on site call is only $35.00 for the first hour and only $25.00 for every
additional hour. To pick up and return equipment is a flat $30.00
within the Oak Ridge, Knoxville, TN. area. We will work with you
and promise to keep your costs as low as possible. We will search high
and low for the best parts at the lowest prices. We don't base
our final cost to you based on the hours we might actually spend on your
equipment, we base it on what we feel is fair. We will try and give
you as accurate an estimate before ordering any parts, and discuss all the
options if any. Repeat and referral clients will benefit in the form
of discounted charges and specials that we run. Save even more with
every referral, receive at least a $10.00 discount on your next service
call.
(discounts cannot be used towards parts)
We try to keep your costs as low as possible. We can come to
your home or you can drop off the equipment and save yourself some money.
TIP: Keep all your software CD's together in one location for easy access.
Especially recovery Discs that usually come with new PC's. WARNING!!! Some
manufacturers do not include recovery CD's they require you to make a set of
discs when you first get the computer. Read your instructions!!!
